Wilde is a small team of three passionate people on a mission to get healthy food to busy people.
Wilde was born out of frustration from the lack of healthy options available to us at lunch. What we put in our mouths on a daily basis directly affects our performance in life and we just couldn't eat another carb-heavy sandwich with crisps and a cola and expect to achieve our potentials. We wanted something hearty, that is as good for us as it tastes and does more than just fill a hole.
Why do we do it? Because it's what we love. We're Wildly passionate about good food and we want to share that with others. And if its helping the environment along the way then even better! That's why we are 100% plastic-free with all our packaging and plant a tree in a developing nation with every order.

Wilde is food with thought. Wilde is the untamed natural. Connected, aware, alive. Wilde is locally sourced, supported by nutritionists and endorsed by personal trainers. Wilde is a fresh alternative for busy people. Wilde plants trees, cares for nature and hates plastic. Wilde uses biodegradable and reusable packaging. Wilde is for the wild at heart. A manifesto for a Wilde life.
What goes into our food? We prioritise flavour, health attributes and quality over anything else. From the farmers that grow the ingredients, to our veg suppliers to our chefs that hand make every dish. We use vegetables sourced in the UK because they are more nutritious than those that have had to travel thousands of miles. And finally packaging - We are 100% plastic free in all our packaging. We’re continually striving to do as much as we can to reduce our impact on the environment whilst delivering food that is convenient and healthy. Thanks for helping us stay Wilde

For every order we deliver, we will plant a tree. It's that simple. Through regenerative agriculture for local communities we are changing lives for future generations literally making the world better with every bite!

When it comes to health, you can bet your bottom dollar we’ll take it seriously. That’s why we’ve got nutritional virtuoso Rosie Letts (BSc mBANT CNHC) peeking through the trees and into the Wilde Kitchen at every given opportunity. Whether it’s rummaging through the pantry or taste testing the local produce, every last ingredient is checked to ensure you’re only ever consuming fresh, nourishing food. Rosie has a first class degree in Health Science (Nutritional Therapy) from the University of Westminster, whilst also being an multi award-winning practitioner of nutritional therapy and functional medicine. She’s also full member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), fully registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), worked with over 700 successful clients to date.
That's why our entire menu is based upon and supported by, the expert knowledge of our nutritionist and why all our salads are made daily from fresh fruit and veg. Only the very best ingredients are used in each dish. Our menu is inspired by the seasons as well as the super-stars of the super-food world. Each salad is designed to hit key nutrition points to help cater for every aspect of a healthy lifestyle. Because of this, you won't find any refined carbohydrates in our menu. Nor will you find anything with too much saturated fat or unbalanced proportions.
