Buck the trend!

Despite its name, buckwheat isn't a wheat but actually a seed and is thus gluten free!

Buckwheat is richer in minerals than many common cereals, such as rice, wheat and corn (1). It also contains more antioxidants then many grains such as barley, oats and wheat and that's why we use it (2, 3, 4).

As if that's not enough, buckwheat has a low glycaemic index, meaning it won't spike your blood sugar levels and gives you a sustained release of energy to keep you going throughout your day.
