Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver exclusively in Bristol. If you are interested in receiving a delivery from us elsewhere, please get in touch. We will try our hardest to get a delicious salad to you, wherever you are. Check our delivery area

 

When will my food arrive?
All our salads are freshly made to order so we cannot guarantee specific delivery times but we aim for all our lunchtime deliveries to be with you by 1 pm at the latest. As soon as your order has been delivered we will send you an email confirming it has arrived at reception or your pre-arranged delivery spot. 

 

Do you do corporate catering?

Yes, we have a wide range of options for large groups. All of which embody our healthy food and plastic free philosophy. If you are interested in catering for your event please send an email with all the details and the number of people to hello@thewildekitchen.co.uk for a catering menu

 

What if I need to cancel a subscription halfway through a subscription period?
No problem. We will take the payment for the remainder of the subscription then refund you the difference from the day you stopped.

 

 

What if I'm ill or out of the office on a delivery day? 

If you're not in the office then no problem. Just send us an email before 10am on the day and we will refund your order for that day's total. Alternatively, you can manage your subscriptions online by logging in here. Unfortunately, we won't be able to refund you after 10 am as the kitchen will be in full swing.

How do I change, stop, skip or pause a subscription?

You can log in here and manage your subscriptions. You are fully in control and can alter a subscription at any time. Any alterations to a subscription must be done before 10am on the day of delivery.

What if my order is after 10 am? Will I still receive lunchtime delivery?

Unfortunately, any order after 10 am will miss lunchtime delivery for that day as the kitchen will already be busy creating our fresh salads. However, your order will be rescheduled for lunchtime delivery on the next working day. If you have missed the 10 am order cutoff and wish to cancel your order, then please send us an email at info@be-leaf.co.uk and we will refund you. Otherwise, expect your order to arrive the following working day.

Are you really 100% plastic free?

Yes. We are proud to say that all of our in-house packaging is plastic free. It is fully compostable and made from either plant-derived substances or renewable, compostable material.

Some of the products that we stock from other suppliers e.g. energy bars, do have plastic packaging. We are working with our suppliers to reduce this where possible and do our best to choose products that are ethically sourced.
