Our motto is keep it lean, clean and green.
 

That's why our entire menu is based upon, and supported by, the expert knowledge of our nutritionist. And why all our salads are made daily from fresh fruit and veg. Only the very best ingredients are used in each dish. Our menu is inspired by the seasons as well as the super-stars of the super-food world. Each salad is designed to hit key nutrition points to help cater for every aspect of a healthy lifestyle. Because of this, you won't find any refined carbohydrates in our menu. Nor will you find anything with too much saturated fat or unbalanced proportions. Also all our dressings are served on the side to allow you greater control over your diet

When it comes to health, you can bet your bottom dollar we’ll take it seriously. That’s why we’ve got nutritional virtuoso Rosie Letts (BSc mBANT CNHC) peeking through the trees and into the Wilde Kitchen at every given opportunity. Whether it’s rummaging through the pantry or taste testing the local produce, every last ingredient is checked to ensure you’re only ever consuming fresh, nourishing food. Rosie has a first class degree in Health Science (Nutritional Therapy) from the University of Westminster, whilst also being an multi award-winning practitioner of nutritional therapy and functional medicine. She’s also full member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), fully registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and she’s worked with over 700 successful clients to date. Our very own personal trainer

Our entire menu is also endorsed by our personal trainer Thea Payne, as part of a healthy lifestyle. Thea is a personal fitness coach based in Bristol. With past experience as a professional gymnast, she designs bespoke, fun and diverse training sessions for all ages and abilities. She's passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals and that's why we love her. We're very proud and lucky to have her as part of the team!
