Only the very best ingredients are used in each dish. Our menu is inspired by the seasons as well as the super-stars of the super-food world. Each salad is designed to hit key nutrition points to help cater for every aspect of a healthy lifestyle. Because of this, you won't find any refined carbohydrates in our menu. Nor will you find anything with too much saturated fat or unbalanced proportions.

That’s why we’ve got nutritional virtuoso Rosie Letts (BSc mBANT CNHC) peeking through the trees and into the Wilde Kitchen at every given opportunity. Whether it’s rummaging through the pantry or taste testing the local produce, every last ingredient is checked to ensure you’re only ever consuming fresh, nourishing food. Rosie has a first class degree in Health Science (Nutritional Therapy) from the University of Westminster, whilst also being an multi award-winning practitioner of nutritional therapy and functional medicine.
